# Steps to Unblock Your Account

Follow these instructions to regain access to your account if it has been temporarily blocked or restricted.

1. Go to your Wallet Page and click on \[**CONTACT US**]

2. A Contact Us Form will be displayed, fill out the required fields then click \[**SUBMIT**]

3. A confirmation of the contact us form details will appear, tick on the of "iam not a robot" then click on \[**SUBMIT**] to continue.

4. A notification confirming the successful submission of the contact form will appear. Click \[**TO  THE DASHBOARD**] to close the tab

5. You will also receive an email confirmation from the system.

6. Once the administrators unblock your account, you will be able to resume transactions as usual.
