# How to Contact Customer Support
**How to Contact Customer Support for Assistance**
1. On your screen click your **\[POINTS BALANCE].**
2. Your MCC Wallet Page will be displayed, click on \[**CONTACT.GUIDANCE**], a sub function will appear below, click on \[**CONTACT**]. a A contact form will appear on your screen. Fill out the required information, then click \[**SUBMIT**]
3. A confirmation of your entries will appear. Tick the small box for 'I am not a robot,' then click \[**SUBMIT**].
4. A notification will pop up confirming the successful contact for assistance. Click \[**TO THE DASHBOARD**] to close the pop-up
