### **How to access Personalized Frequently asked Questions**

1. On the lower left corner of the game screen, click on the \[THREE DOTS], additional features will appear, click on the **\[Q\&A**] icon

2. A pop-up screen with personalized **Q\&A** will appear. Click on the question you want to learn more about and the answer will appear right below the clicked question.

**Please note that the answers are tailored based on your activities within the platform.**

### How to Access **FAQ on your Wallet Page.**

1. On your screen click your **\[POINTS BALANCE].**

2. Your MCC Wallet Page will be displayed, click on  \[**CONTACT.GUIDANCE**], a sub function will appear below,  Select \[**FAQs**]. A list of frequently asked questions will be displayed on your screen. Click on your **desired question** to view the answer.
