# Adding and Removing Friends
### **How to Add Friends (AVATAR)**
1: Click on the **avatar** of the person you want to add as a friend. A pop-up will appear—click **\[ADD FRIEND]**. A friend request box will appear on your screen.
2. You can also type a message in the chat-box before clicking \[**SEND FRIEND REQUEST**].
3. A **notification message** will confirm that your friend request has been sent. Click \[**OK**] to close the pop-up
4. Your friend request has been accepted! **Once the person you sent the request to accepts it, they will automatically be added to your friend list.**
### **How to Add Friends (CHAT ICON)**
1. Click on the \[**CHAT ICON**] located on the lower-left side of your screen. Your friend's list panel will appear, displaying the names of online players at the bottom. Click on the \[**ADD FRIEND ICON**] beside the player or user you want to befriend.
2. A **friend request box** will appear on your screen. You can also opt to send a message before clicking \[**SEND FRIEND REQUEST**].
3. A **notification message** will confirm that your friend request has been sent. Click \[**OK**] to close the pop-up
4. Your friend request has been accepted! **Once the person you sent the request to accepts it, they will automatically be added to your friend list.**
### **How to Add Friends (USER ID / EMAIL ADDRESS)**
1. Click on the \[**CHAT ICON**] located on the lower-left side of your screen. Your friend's list panel will appear, displaying the names of online players at the bottom. Click on the **\[ADD FRIEND ICON]** beside the number of your friends.
2. A **pop up box** will appear on your screen input the \[**USER ID OR EMAIL ADDRESS**] of the user you want to be friends with. and click \[**SEND REQUEST**].
3. A **notification message** will confirm that your friend request has been sent. Click \[**OK**] to close the pop-up
However, if the user ID or email address you entered is not registered in the system, it will show as \[**User Not Found**]. Simply click \[**OK**] to re-enter the information or close the tab.
**Removing a Friend from Your Friend List**
If you wish to remove a friend from your list, simply follow the steps to unfriend them and manage your social connections.
### **Removing a Friend \[ CHAT ICON]**
1. Click on the \[**CHAT ICON**] at the lower-left portion of your screen. Your friend list panel will appear. Select the friend you want to remove and click on the \[**THREE DOTS**] beside their chat icon.
Note: In this method, you can remove a friend whether they are online or not.
2. A pop-up will appear; click on **\[REMOVE FRIEND]** to continue.
3. A notification confirming your action will appear. Click **\[ACCEPT]** to confirm.
4. A notification about the successful action will appear on your screen. Click **\[OK]** to close the tab, and your friend will be removed from your friend list.
### **Removing a Friend \[ AVATAR]**
1. Locate your friend's **avatar** and click on it. A pop-up will appear—click the \[**REMOVE FRIEND**] button.
2. A notification confirming your action will appear. Click **\[ACCEPT]** to confirm.
3. A notification about the successful action will appear on your screen. Click **\[OK]** to close the tab, and your friend will be removed from your friend list.
